What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused partnership designed to help you get clarity on what you want and how to get there. A coach partners with you to explore your goals, uncover what might be holding you back, and help you take meaningful steps toward the life you're building.
Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing the past, coaching is oriented toward the present and the future.
It's a space where you get to think out loud, ask big questions, and be supported by someone who is fully in your corner. A good coach doesn't hand you a roadmap. Instead, they help you discover the one that's already inside you.
At its core, coaching is about possibility. It's about trusting that you have the capacity to change, to grow, and to create something that feels genuinely aligned with who you are.
How Can Coaching Help Me?
Every transition is a crossroads, and sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is slow down long enough to get clear on what you actually want.
Coaching gives you the structure and support to do exactly that, to move forward with intention rather than just momentum.
Through our work together, you can expect to gain clarity on what you truly want (not just what looks good on paper), build confidence in your decisions, and start recognizing and working with your natural strengths. When you understand how you're uniquely wired, the path forward feels less overwhelming and a lot more like your own.
I also weave Human Design into my coaching, bringing a personal, insightful layer to our conversations. It helps you understand your energy, your decision-making style, and where you may have been pushing against your own nature. For anyone navigating a major life transition, that awareness can be a game-changer.
You don't need to have it all figured out before we begin. That's exactly what coaching is here for.
