Hi, I’m Danica!
I've navigated more than a few major life transitions: multiple moves, career changes, loss, unexpected health challenges, and burnout. Some transitions I handled well. Others, I simply survived. What I know now is that the difference came down to pausing, asking for support, and getting clear on where I actually wanted to go when the dust settled.
That's exactly what I help my clients do. As a transformational life coach, I walk alongside people through life's biggest upheavals and help them find their footing.

About Me
I come alive with travel and connecting with nature. I really enjoy the beach and the mountains. I love hiking through forests with my husband and our dog, Abbey. I find beauty in both wildflower hikes in the spring, and foliage walks in the fall. It's such a delight to witness the constants and the changes that nature provides and reflect how it mirrors my own life.
I love creating artwork! One of my hobbies is the study of happiness :) I'm endlessly curious about how we can move the needle in our own lives to be happier & healthier. As part of my own happiness practice, I wake up early and I practice yoga and meditate daily. I'm a certified yoga instructor.
My Myers Briggs is INFP, known as the healer or mediator. In Human Design, I'm a 6/2 sacral authority generator with Left Angle Cross of Spirit (55/59 | 9/16).
