About Me

Hi, I’m Danica!

My name is Danica, which means morning star in Danish. Morning stars are visible as dawn is breaking and often symbolize hope, new beginnings, and the dawn of a new day. Morning stars shine brilliantly just before dawn, guiding the way as darkness transitions to light. Like these celestial beacons, my coaching approach illuminates paths forward when you feel stuck or uncertain.

Together, we'll uncover the natural momentum within your life circumstances, identify practical action steps, and harness your internal wisdom to move beyond obstacles. Just as the morning star heralds new beginnings and fresh possibilities, our partnership will help you navigate through confusion toward clarity, transforming challenges into opportunities for meaningful growth and renewal.

About Me

I come alive with travel and connecting with nature. I really enjoy the beach and the mountains. I love hiking through forests with my husband and our dog, Abbey. I find beauty in both wildflower hikes in the spring, and foliage walks in the fall. It's such a delight to witness the constants and the changes that nature provides and reflect how it mirrors my own life.

I love creating artwork! One of my hobbies is the study of happiness :) I'm endlessly curious about how we can move the needle in our own lives to be happier & healthier. As part of my own happiness practice, I wake up early and I practice yoga and meditate daily. I'm a certified yoga instructor.

My Myers Briggs is INFP, known as the healer or mediator. In Human Design, I'm a 6/2 sacral authority generator with Left Angle Cross of Spirit (55/59 | 9/16).

My Commitment

I'm dedicated to creating a judgment-free space where your authentic voice can emerge. Through our work together, you'll develop the skills to continue navigating life's challenges with grace and wisdom long after our coaching relationship ends.

I believe that when we live authentically, we contribute to creating a better world. My commitment is to support you in reclaiming your passion, purpose, and joy. I will come to each session open and empathetic, encouraging and creating gentle accountability to help you implement changes so you can live your most authentic life.

What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused partnership designed to help you get clarity on what you want and how to get there. A coach partners with you to explore your goals, uncover what might be holding you back, and help you take meaningful steps toward the life you're building.

Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing the past, coaching is oriented toward the present and the future. It's a space where you get to think out loud, ask big questions, and be supported by someone who is fully in your corner. A good coach doesn't hand you a roadmap. Instead, they help you discover the one that's already inside you.

At its core, coaching is about possibility. It's about trusting that you have the capacity to change, to grow, and to create something that feels genuinely aligned with who you are.

How Can Coaching Help Me?

Whether you're standing at a crossroads or simply feeling the quiet pull toward something new, coaching gives you the structure and support to move forward with intention.

Through our work together, you can expect to gain clarity on what you truly want (not just what looks good on paper), build confidence in your decisions, and start to recognize and work with your natural strengths rather than against them. When you understand how you're uniquely wired, the path forward starts to feel less overwhelming and a lot more like your own.

Coaching through a Human Design lens adds another layer to this process. It brings self-awareness into the conversation in a deeply personal way, helping you understand your energy type, how you make decisions best, and where you may have been pushing yourself in directions that don't quite fit. That kind of insight can be genuinely transformative, especially when you're navigating a career transition and wondering what your next chapter should actually look like.

You don't have to have it all figured out before you begin. We are humans, having a human experience. That's what the coaching journey is for.
